Terms of Service
Last updated: February 2025
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using CryptoCalcs (thecryptocalculators.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use our website. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and CryptoCalcs ("we," "us," or "our").
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of CryptoCalcs after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2. Description of Service
CryptoCalcs provides a suite of free, web-based cryptocurrency calculator tools, including but not limited to futures profit/loss calculators, liquidation price calculators, dollar-cost averaging (DCA) calculators, impermanent loss calculators, position size calculators, funding rate calculators, leverage calculators, ROI calculators, and cryptocurrency unit converters.
All calculations are performed entirely within your web browser (client-side). We do not process, store, or transmit any of the values you enter into our calculators. The tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
While we strive for accuracy in our calculator formulas and algorithms, we do not guarantee that the results produced by our tools are free from errors. Market conditions, exchange-specific rules, fee structures, and other variables may cause actual trading outcomes to differ from calculated estimates. You should always verify calculations independently before making any financial decisions.
3. Disclaimer
CryptoCalcs is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this website constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice.
The calculators and tools provided on CryptoCalcs are designed to help users perform mathematical computations related to cryptocurrency trading. The results generated by our tools should not be interpreted as recommendations to buy, sell, hold, or trade any cryptocurrency or financial instrument.
Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. The value of cryptocurrencies can be highly volatile, and you may lose some or all of your investment. Leveraged trading, in particular, carries an elevated risk of significant financial loss. You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. CryptoCalcs, its owners, operators, and contributors shall not be held liable for any trading losses, financial damages, or other consequences resulting from the use of our calculators or reliance on any information provided on this website.
We strongly recommend that you consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Always conduct your own research and due diligence before entering any trade or investment position.

5. User Responsibilities
When using CryptoCalcs, you agree to the following responsibilities:
- Accurate Inputs: You are responsible for entering accurate and valid data into our calculators. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of results if incorrect inputs are provided.
- Own Risk: You acknowledge that you use our calculators at your own risk. You understand that calculator results are mathematical estimates and may not reflect actual trading outcomes due to factors such as slippage, exchange-specific rules, network fees, market volatility, and other variables.
- No Misuse: You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, its servers, or any systems connected to it.
- Independent Verification: You are responsible for independently verifying all calculator results before using them to inform trading or investment decisions.
- Legal Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of CryptoCalcs and any trading activities you undertake comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CryptoCalcs, its owners, operators, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

In jurisdictions where limitations on liability are not permitted, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent allowed by law. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100.00).
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CryptoCalcs, its owners, operators, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

- Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right
- Any claim that your use of the website caused damage to a third party
- Any trading or investment decisions you make based on or influenced by information or calculations obtained from CryptoCalcs
This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of CryptoCalcs.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms of Service at our sole discretion, at any time, and without prior notice. All changes are effective immediately when posted and apply to all access to and use of the website thereafter.
When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of CryptoCalcs following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the changes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to them or to the use of CryptoCalcs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms or your use of CryptoCalcs shall be brought in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by CryptoCalcs.
